Eureka Drive Bridge

This rehabilitation project included constructing a concrete underpinning and grouted rock scour protection at the near abutment, and blasting and painting the entire superstructure to extend its useful service life. The scour repairs were recommended during a routine bridge inspection while the cleaning and painting of the structure was identified previously as a preventive maintenance need. LDG provided professional engineering services from design through construction inspection.

LDG utilized its internet-based bid plans site to advertise and bid the project and provided as needed construction observation and administration during the rehabilitation project.
