Dandy Mini Markets

Larson Design Group (LDG) provided schematic design, construction documents, and administrative services for the renovation and construction of several Dandy Mini Markets in both Pennsylvania and New York state.

Our services have included full site development, stormwater management, planning, and zoning approvals. Many of the sites have required creative design solutions to meet the limits of the property and provide proper access to the building and fueling areas. Architecturally, we worked with Dandy Mini Markets to improve interior store layout and to reconfigure the buildings based on the site constraints.

Operation of the markets are of prime importance. Projects that required major renovation were designed and managed to allow for sales to continue while the renovations were being performed. Information was being produced and filed electronically, allowing for drawing information to be available for all team members including the owner and contractors as it occurred.
