New, Three-Story, 92-Unit Hotel.
The new, three-story, 92-unit hotel includes an indoor pool and spa, conference rooms, and fitness center.
The structure is primarily wood framed, with steel beams providing the long spans necessary for an open plan in the public spaces of the first floor.
We worked closely with the developer and contractor to incorporate many client-driven design changes throughout the process, in order to keep the hotel ahead of the standard Marriott prototype.
