Description
We are working with Albright Care Services to prepare a Master Plan for the Normandie Ridge site in West Manchester Township, York County. Albright Care Services proposes to develop a currently vacant 20-acre site and to upgrade their existing facilities. Proposed improvements include a 50-unit independent living community, new assisted living facility, maintenance building, main entrance expansion and related infrastructure improvements. Work completed to date includes an inventory of existing conditions on both lots, preparation of conceptual site plans, and sketch plan review with West Manchester Township. When completed, the Master Plan will provide a vision for future development at the site, including a phased construction schedule.
