Description
This project was lead by the Larson Design Group’s Building Systems Group. The result was a new 13,300 sq. ft. employee cafeteria and conference center. The structure is an A-frame wood beam facility with large window areas, sun room, patio with fountain, full function kitchen, dining/meeting facilities, full modern teleconferencing and audio/video facilities.
MEP design on this project included site electrical (500 ft., 480 volt, three-phase underground service with 2 manholes and 600 amp main panel), cafeteria (power and lighting panels, normal and emergency lighting fixtures and power devices), communications (audio visual, phone and data systems), and fire protection (Simplex fire alarm system and devices).
