The LDG Retail Studio was developed to deal specifically with the demands of our retail clients. The world of retail architecture is a constantly changing process, as each client races to incorporate the latest designs and technologies into their stores, aiming to create more attractive and efficient facilities to appeal to their customers. Compared to conventional architecture, retail architecture is extremely fluid, with demanding schedules and constantly changing plans. The stakes are high as an increasing number of retailers compete for the consumer’s attention.

LDG has worked with a variety of retail clients including grocery stores, restaurants and auto painting facilities. Currently, we are the Regional Architect for the largest pharmacy chain in the world, CVS. We have worked with this client for the past six years, providing design services for both remodel projects and new store projects. Our relationship has required that we provide design services in nearly 26 states in the country. Currently, we are working in states from Connecticut to Florida, and as far west as Arizona. We will complete over 100 million dollars worth of construction projects for this client in 2004. Our commitment to CVS has given them the confidence that their needs and wants will be handled quickly and professionally.

Our approach is simple: we provide a dedicated team with a single point of contact. We respond to the requests of our client quickly and provide quality information. The team we use to serve these needs has remained essentially unchanged, except for additional members, since the beginning. This allows us to build strong relationships with our client counterparts and provide a sense of stability and understanding.

The Retail Studio takes this approach with each retail client. Through the use of experienced staff, continuous communication and strong project management, we have developed a successful strategy for meeting the demanding needs of our clients.
