Sheetz, Inc. acquired a 1.6-acre parcel at 101 Maynard Street in Williamsport, PA. A 4,700 sq. ft. building, two pump canopies, 8 total pump islands, and 32 parking spaces were constructed.
Larson Design Group provided survey and site design including layout, driveway design, traffic circulation, parking, grading and drainage, storm sewer design, utility connections, soil erosion control plans, landscape architecture, and coordination with the City of Williamsport.
