New Entrance Offers Sanctuary for Susquehanna Health
The entrance plaza incorporates an architectural relief found in decorative concrete panels that will be placed on the building’s façade. It will serve as a calm, peaceful area for visitors and pedestrians before entering or after exiting the main entrance.
A number of large shade trees are incorporated into the design to help provide relief from the southern sun. A variety of native trees and shrubs will be placed to enhance the natural beauty of the area while providing a low-maintenance option. And a variety of seating opportunities will be found within the plaza; permanent benches and seat walls will be available for visitors.
