Stevan Wilver, PE

Leveraging more than 30 years of technical and management experience, Steve has guided LDG’s expansion in the Transportation field, helping make the firm an indispensable asset to public and private clients alike.

Steve joined LDG in 1992 as a Structural Engineer and consistently built upon both his technical knowledge and leadership skills. Today, his 30-plus years of experience in designing and developing transportation-related projects have made LDG a go-to firm for PA Department of Transportation (PennDOT) projects, many of which have garnered prestigious industry awards for their innovation, design and execution. He guides a professional and technical team that specializes in bridge design, bridge safety inspections, bridge maintenance, highway design and construction inspection/management.   

Steve received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and is registered as a Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, New York, Virginia and West Virginia. Outside of work, Steve volunteers as a member of the Union County Historical Society’s Archives Committee and serves as Vice Chairman of the White Deer Township Planning Commission.
