Quentin Rissler, PE
Program Manager - Bridge/Office Leader
I provide fearless leadership to find innovative solutions that can be vetted by LDG and the client through a collaborative process.
Isaac Newton once said, “We build too many walls and not enough bridges.” Quentin Rissler would agree. With 20+ years in project management and structural design with emphasis on bridge design, Quentin continues to do his part to “bridge” the gap between the amount of walls erected and the amount of bridges built.
Quentin currently serves as a Program Manager in Bridge Engineering at LDG. His project experience ranges from rehabilitation of existing bridges, new stream crossings and culvert designs, to designing major interstate bridges on curved alignments.
Outside of work, Quentin uses his expertise to serve many admirable causes. He serves as Secretary of both the Blue Ball Water Authority and the East Earl Sewer Authority. Also, he is currently the Vice-Chair on the Board of Directors for Woodcrest Retreat, a non-profit camp located in Ephrata, PA.
Quentin is also the Office Leader at our Lititz location.
