Lidl Grocery Stores

LDG has provided full services for Lidl ranging the life of the project; from conceptual design, renderings, and jurisdictional approvals, to full construction drawings including architecture and engineering, permitting, bidding, and construction administration on both ground-up and retrofit projects. We work closely with client Real Estate and Construction Managers throughout the entire project to ensure collaboration and attention to detail. In addition, LDG has partnered with Lidl on several special projects including minor modifications for operational needs, façade renovations, re-merchandising rollouts, building condition assessments for potential store locations, and opinions of construction cost.
