Larson Design Group has hired David Martin, PE as its chief operating officer (COO).
As COO, Dave is responsible for the overall operational success and growth of the firm in partnership with the CEO and divisional leaders. He develops, communicates, and implements annual business plans and multi-year strategic plans to achieve the company’s vision and goals for growth and performance. Dave also oversees the development and implementation of technology plans that support a high-performing sales and project delivery culture.
Dave most recently served as senior vice president for Michael Baker, Inc. He has 28 years of experience in the A/E/C industry, and holds a bachelor of science in architectural engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
