Veteran corporate executive Terry Krezmer has been elected to the board of directors of Larson Design Group, a nationally emerging architecture, engineering and survey firm with offices in four states.

Krezmer is LDG’s vice president of human resources. Since joining the firm in 2017, she has simplified employee benefits reporting systems, created an annual incentive compensation program to spur higher levels of achievement and strengthened recruiting to attract high quality candidates, with a focus on minorities and women. With more than 30 years of experience in human resources, Krezmer’s knowledge specialties include performance management, organization culture development and succession planning for large, high performance organizations with employees in multiple locations.

“Terry brings unique skills to the board at a time when heightened focus on employee engagement and talent recruitment are essential for further growth,” said Brenda Nichols, chief financial officer and chairperson with LDG. “Her broad range of experience will provide the board with a broader perspective in how we recruit, train and retain our people.”

Krezmer is an alumna of Leadership Lycoming. She received a Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, from Lock Haven University in 1991.
