Dear Clients, Colleagues and Friends,


As we look ahead to what 2012 holds in store for us, I can’t fully express how proud I am of all that we’ve accomplished together in 2011. Working collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and project stakeholders, the LDG team successfully completed more than 760 projects over the past twelve months to once again assure that our clients’ visions were made real.

Based the continued trust and loyalty that our clients place in us, LDG was able to extend its revenue growth streak to nine consecutive years, and we’ve maintained a high level of productivity and top quartile industry performance.

Along the way, LDG opened a new office in Brockway, PA, expanded office space in Lititz and Williamsport, and created 58 new jobs. Further, in office locations affected by lingering slow economies, we retained jobs by effectively sharing work across offices with a one company, one team attitude that remained committed to delivering high quality, innovative solutions for our clients.

And in maintaining our commitment to stewardship, LDG employees donated generously with time and treasure to aid victims of Hurricane Irene and Tropical Storm Lee flooding, and our 2011 United Way campaign achieved record employee giving of more than $37,000.

To our clients, we owe a debt of gratitude. In 2011, you provided each of us at LDG the opportunity to work on challenging and fulfilling projects and to have some fun along the way. We’ll cherish those memories and look forward to the future with many more of your visions, made real.
