Quality client service is paramount in any organization.
Larson Design Group is dedicated to good client service because we feel that any team, including ours, can be made better. That’s why we have chosen to monitor our service through Customer Follow Up – to gather what our clients think and focus on providing them with a better customer experience.
Customer Follow Up, Inc., is a company and service Larson Design Group has utilized since late 2008 in which clients are interviewed shortly following the receipt of a project.
We gather information such as feedback on our project managers, capabilities, a project’s budget, and a client’s willingness to use us in the future. Clients who participate in Customer Follow Up are interviewed during the start of a project, and at 50% and 100% completion (design). We may also interview you outside of a project to gather general feedback on our performance and project teams.
Why do we use this service?
We want to provide you with the best service possible. Clients may be apprehensive to discuss sensitive issues directly with a project manager. Using Customer Follow Up gives our clients an objective third party to discuss any items they feel should be addressed, or to discuss positive project facets or qualities. Customer Follow Up’s qualitative reports allow us to understand any issues you may have up front in order to address them quickly. Your feedback is valuable and can offer us insights to improve our project performance and communication tactics. If your reviews are good, we may even use your feedback as a reference or testimonial (with your approval).
What if I don’t want to be interviewed?
Not all projects go through the Customer Follow Up process. If your project is selected, you will receive notification from us prior to being contacted by Customer Follow Up. If you don’t want to be interviewed, that’s ok. Just contact us, and we will remove you from our contact list.
