Keith maintains the leadership responsibility for all segments of LDG. He implements the firm’s strategic plan, builds client relationships, generates project opportunities, instills client focus within the organization, reviews financial objectives and goals and plans for achieving them, and creates career opportunities for the firm’s employees. He is also committed to community service through involvement on boards that promote economic development, education, health care and human services. He has 22 years of engineering and management experience.

As Chief Operating Officer, Paul directs the Survey, Municipal Services, Water/Wastewater, Construction Inspection, Site, Land Development, Highway and Structural Departments to ensure client satisfaction is obtained through responsive project management. With 24 years of civil engineering experience, he plays a key role in client and business development and coordination of multi-disciplined projects.

Bob is responsible for maintaining effective communication in coordination of special projects within the organization. He supervises budgets, maintains work plans, and establishes priorities for maintaining work within specified limits. He helps to ensure quality control by responding by maintaining a working relationship with the general public, citizens groups and public agencies.

Rob maintains the overall design integrity and performance of all LDG building projects. He has been responsible for the design and construction of many different building types throughout his career, primarily public buildings for local government, education, healthcare, commercial and sports related clientele.

Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, Marty creates integral business relationships with existing and new Larson Design Group customers. He assists the staff at all LDG locations as they strive to exceed customer expectations. An understanding of central business districts, economic development, transportation planning, and experience in marketing allows Marty to bring Larson Design Group’s expertise to help customers capture new opportunities.

Andy manages clients and supervises staff and projects, schedules and budgets for all site design projects. Andy has experience as an engineer and surveyor since 1994 and has handled everything from initial client contact to the preparation of final construction plans, including design and preparation of plans and specifications for public works projects, boundary line ALTA land surveys, construction inspection, materials testing, design and preparation of storm water management and soil erosion and sedimentation control plans, environmental site assessments and building inspections. Andy was recently named one of Northeast PA’s Top 20 under 40, by the Northeast PA Business Journal..

Dave directs all phases of project development and coordination for water/wastewater projects. He maintains liaison with team members within the firm, subconsultants, public agencies, private consultants and funding agencies. He is familiar with environmental surveys and with financing of public and private water and wastewater projects including private sources, bond financing, grant and loan funds.

Mr. Iachini has worked with LDG’s survey group for 12 years and the municipal/highway group for 2 years. He currently is the Director of Survey. Current responsibilities include estimating, managing and scheduling three full time survey crews and all of the projects that his crews are involved with from quality administration in the office and in the field through final staking, construction and plan delivery for survey projects. Mr. Iachini has a strong survey background ranging from construction and design to boundary.

Duane has been a Structural Engineer with LDG since 1994. His experience includes bridge design, highway design, bridge safety inspection and construction management. He has experience in the design and development of projects on the state, county and local levels. As Director, Mr. Daniels supervises construction services, quality control, client management, budget preparation and control, subconsultant coordination, and training and mentoring of junior staff..

Dave manages a staff of over 30 engineers and technicians involved in the design of transportation projects. His duties include quality control and quality assurance, manpower scheduling and project assignments, staff mentoring, business and client development. Prior to this assignment, Dave managed both the Highway and Structural Divisions of LDG. His technical experience includes roadway design, bridge and building design, bridge safety inspections, hydraulic design, and services during construction.

Steve supervises manpower scheduling, budgeting, quality assurance, financial performance, staff mentoring, and client and business development for the Structural Department. Since 1992, he has served as a Structural Engineer and Project Manager responsible for bridge and highway projects. As Director, he manages a professional and technical staff involved in bridge design, hydrologic/hydraulic studies, bridge safety inspections, highway design, building design, construction management and general structural design and analysis. He has 21 years of technical and management experience.

He is in charge for the design, implementation, and administration of benefits, compensation and employee relations and ensures affirmative action and equal employment opportunity compliance for the organization. He has 16 years experience as a Human Resources Generalist and is certified as a Senior HR Professional through The Society of Human Resources Management.
