Civil Engineer – Site Engineering (Pennsylvania)
- B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering
- E.I.T. preferred
- Entry Level experience in Land Development design including site design, grading, drainage, storm water management, utilities, permitting, plan and bid document preparation and construction administration in accordance with industry standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Land Development Desktop, Civil Design and various hydrologic and hydraulic design programs
- Ability to interact with clients and various governmental agencies such as planning commissions, PADEP, PENNDOT, and PADCNR in the land development and permit approval process
- Strong interpersonal skills including experience with supervising and mentoring staff
- Market new clients
- Ability to attend and facilitate public meetings
