I started working for Larson Design Group as a high school intern, where I had the opportunity to work in several different departments within the company. After college, I began working in the Highway Department as a Designer. I am now a Project Manager, and I am responsible for managing a staff of Engineers and Designers. This is a great company, and it has been a pleasure to work here over the years.

Civil Engineering – Site Designer/Engineer
- B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering.
- E.I.T. or P.E. preferred.
- Five plus years experience in Land Development design including site design, grading, drainage, storm water management, utilities, permitting, plans and bid document preparation and construction administration in accordance with industry standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Land Development Desktop, Civil Design and various hydrologic and hydraulic design programs.
- Ability to interact with clients and various PA governmental agencies such as planning commissions, PADEP, PENNDOT and PADCNR in the land development and permit approval process.
- Strong interpersonal skills including experience with supervising and mentoring staff.
- Ability to attend and facilitate meetings, presentations, etc.
- Market new clients.
