Keith S. Kuzio, PE
Chief Executive Officer
Keith serves clients, employees, and the community through his overall leadership role within LDG. He oversees implementation of the firm’s strategic plan, builds client relationships, generates project opportunities, assures client focus within the organization, monitors financial goals and the plans for achieving them, and facilitates the creation of career opportunities for the firm’s employees. He is also committed to community service and serves on boards that promote economic development, education, healthcare and human services, and community financial stewardship. He has 26 years of engineering and management experience.

Andrew D. Keister, PE, PLS
Chief Operations Officer
As Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer, Andy is responsible for meeting financial and strategic growth goals of the company throughout the 3 major operating divisions of LDG: Civil, Transportation, and Brand Architecture. Duties also include Client Development, Client Manager on large multi-disciplined projects, and Quality Assurance. Andy has experience as an engineer and surveyor since 1994 and has handled everything from initial client contact to the preparation of final construction plans, including design and preparation of plans and specifications for public works projects, boundary line ALTA land surveys, construction inspection, materials testing, design and preparation of stormwater management and soil erosion and sedimentation control plans, environmental site assessments, and building inspections. Andy was named one of Northeast PA’s Top 20 under 40 by the Northeast PA Business Journal.

As National Market Leader, Paul will oversee development of the LDG Energy Group, which expanded significantly in 2012, leading to new office openings in Pittsburgh, PA; Morgantown, WV; and San Antonio, TX. Previously Mr. Lee served as Chief Operating Officer for ten years. He joined the firm in 1989.

Brenda I. Nichols, CPA
Senior Vice President / Chief Financial Officer
Brenda supervises and directs the corporate accounting and technology departments to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial and tax information and related reports, compliance with corporate policies and governmental requirements, and furtherance of company’s financial goals while ensuring the integrity of the company’s network and computer systems.

David DeBlander, PE
Chairman of the Board / Vice President of Transportation Engineering
As Vice President of Transportation Engineering, David’s duties include business and client development, quality control, quality assurance, financial results, organizational needs, proposal preparation and presentations, manpower scheduling, project assignments, and staff mentoring. He currently is responsible for over $6 million dollars of design revenue annually. Prior to this assignment, David successfully managed both the Highway and Structural Departments and served as Director of Engineering. He currently serves as LDG’s Chairman of the Board.

He assists the staff at all LDG locations as they strive to exceed customer expectations. Director of Human Resources
Mark is responsible for establishing the strategy of the Human Resources department in support of the organization’s larger vision and strategic plan. With broad experiences as an HR Generalist, he is in charge of the design and management of corporate programs for talent acquisition, succession planning, total rewards, employee engagement and employee relations, organizational and leadership development and ensures affirmative action and equal employment opportunity compliance for the enterprise. Mark is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) where he is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

As Chief Information Officer, Stephen is the principal technological advisor for the firm. Stephen oversees the infrastructure of all offices within the portfolio, providing technological guidance to maximize efficiency and quality. Serving on the board for Larson Design Group, he provides leadership on all technology strategy, application, and execution.

Duane R. Daniels, PE
Director of Construction Inspection
Duane has been a Structural Engineer with LDG since 1994. His experience includes bridge design, highway design, bridge safety inspection and construction management. He has experience in the design and development of projects on the state, county and local levels. As Director, Mr. Daniels supervises construction management, budget preparation and control, client management, subconsultant coordination, and training and mentoring of junior staff.

Duane has been a Structural Engineer with LDG since 1994. His experience includes bridge design, highway design, bridge safety inspection and construction management. He has experience in the design and development of projects on the state, county and local levels. As Director, Mr. Daniels supervises construction management, budget preparation and control, client management, subconsultant coordination, and training and mentoring of junior staff.
Christopher P. Iachini, PLS
Director of Survey
Chris has worked with LDG’s survey group for 18 years and the municipal/highway group for two years. He is currently the Director of Survey. Current responsibilities include estimating, managing, and scheduling six full-time survey crews, four full-time office staff, and all of the projects that his staff is involved with, from quality administration in the office and in the field through final staking, construction, and plan delivery for survey projects. Mr. Iachini has a strong survey background ranging from construction and design to boundary. He also serves as a board member on the Pennsylvania College of Technology Surveying Program Advisory Committee.

Director of Highway Engineering
Max supervises manpower scheduling, budgeting, quality assurance, financial performance, staff mentoring, and client and business development for the Highway Department. Max has also served as a Project Manager, responsible for managing numerous types of transportation projects, ranging from simple township roadway design to multi-lane limited access highways and bridge replacements. He also has managed municipal and private development projects. He has experience with Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) and Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission plan developments as well as subdivision and land development processes. He has carried projects from feasibility stage through preliminary design, to final design and construction consultation.

As Director of Energy, Karl will oversee the efforts of this emerging market, including civil engineering designs for natural gas work in the Marcellus Shale and alternative energy projects. Karl has worked in Site Engineering since March of 2006 and has been a civil design engineer for more than ten years. Karl is a USGBC Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) Accredited Professional. LEED is an internationally recognized green building rating system that awards excellence in high performance buildings.
