We are a growing, 100% employee-owned firm that started as a vision shared by three people – an architect, an engineer, and a land surveyor. Their vision was a firm that would focus on clients, employees, and community. As we grow and improve, we never depart from this vision.

We have talented designers and are consistently recruiting new talent. This creates stability and keeps us fresh. Our strength comes from our excellent project managers and a management team that is experienced and collaborative.
With our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), we have no outside ownership. What we do is all about client benefit. We have a sense of urgency in how we work for our clients and are accountable to all involved in our work. We are stewards to the communities in which we do business. Simply put, that is the way we are built.
