One of Larson Design Group’s core values is stewardship, because we realize that making the areas around us a better place to live involves more than good design. It involves good relationships, hard work, and dedication to the community. Our employees are committed to their communities through the thousands of hours donated to organizations like the American Red Cross, United Way, and American Cancer Society.

"Initially, I volunteered to help with CANstruction® because I thought it was a cool project, but it turned out to be so much more. Witnessing the project in progress and how a team of very talented individuals worked together on their own time to find solutions to obstacles and complete the project was amazing. Also, it was great to see the support of all the employees of LDG participating in fund-raising events. Knowing that our efforts and donations helped over 400 local families in need was the icing on the cake.

Environmental Commitment

Stewardship carries beyond volunteer work, it is also a commitment to the responsibility of environmental sustainibility. This thrives within each one of us as a member of our community and as LDG employees.

Every day, we are finding new ways to maintain commitment to environmental responsibility, including teleconferencing between offices to reduce transportation. Looking at finding ways to utilize recycled materials in our own office renovations. We are shaping smarter solutions that grow with our size and at the core is our commitment to maintaining our clients’ satisfaction. As an employee-owned firm, our success depends on it.
